The first original song brought by former member
Joe Kent.  Joe had originally recorded this song all
by himself for his own solo CD project.  Strangely
enough, he said he had been listening to
Pakistani music while working one day and it had
inspired him to write the verses.  Joe is odd like
that.
Baby now I finally realize
That you’re mighty far above me
To love me because see
Baby it’s a crime
That you’ll never be mine
And all the things we could rhyme
And all of the things that I said to you baby
To make you really hate me
All I know is lately

Life is easier with you
You could make the traffic stop
By walking down the avenue
You were here before I knew
Everything disappears whenever I’m around you

Baby don’t you ever try to call me
Cause if you call me baby
I might have to pack my bags and leave here
Because lately I’ve been asking where I’m going
And who I’m seeing baby don’t you know

Life is easier with you
You could be a scientist
At knowing what to do
You were here before I knew
You could write your dissertation on loving like a fool

Cause baby now that you are gone
You can fall in love with whoever you want to
Maybe we could try to make it together some sweet day

Life is easier with you
You could make a hurricane
Turn into a sunny day
You and I could fly away
